Shopping Guide for New Customers - How to place an order.
Placing
Your First Order
We're happy to welcome you as a new customer to The Best To You! Placing
your first order is easy. There's no need to create an account first.
You will do that when you place your first order online.
Finding
Items
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to
order. Keyword search box is located in the search page of our store.
You will also find a 'View All Baskets & Gifts' to browse in the top
navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you,
click the code or name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will
find more information about the item.
Adding
Items to Your Basket
If you want to order an item, enter the quantity of the item and click
the "Add to Basket" or "Buy Now" button in the detail
page. Use the "Back" button or the menu bar to keep searching
or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order.
You can access the contents of your Basket at any time by clicking the
'Shopping Cart' button at the top of every page of our Web site.
Proceed
to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping
Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item
right away, click the "Remove" button next to the title. When
you're ready to place an order for everything in your basket, click the
"Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the
order form.
Signing
In
You can enter by 'become a V.I.P' (your account information will be saved
for later and you don't have to fill out your Billing, Shipping information
again), or proceed the checkout by placing a order "without account".
If you create a new V.I.P. account, enter all the information, create
a password and click "Continue".
Enter
the Ship To, Bill To information
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If the billing address
varies, please enter it in the Bill to section.
Select
a Shipping and Payment Method
The shipping price depends on weight, carrier and how many products you
purchased. Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Click Continue.
Payment
Information
We prefer Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Please enter
your name, the card number without spaces or dashes, and the expiration
date. Review your order. Check the accuracy off all the information you
provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click
the Continue button to submit your order. Once you've placed your order,
you'll reach a page that reads "Invoice". Please print this
page. We will then send you an e-mail message confirming your order.
