Hand
Delivery:
There is an additional delivery fee for hotels (bellman fee), colleges and military bases as well. There
is a redelivery charge if the address information is incorrect or incomplete. This will be additional to the amount on your receipt.
Deliveries to businesses are completed by 5:00 PM.
Deliveries to homes are completed by 7:00 PM.
UPS
and FedEx Shipments:
All gifts are carefully packed to arrive in excellent condition. Before
submitting your order, please make sure the recipient address is correct
and complete. UPS and Federal Express add additional charges if an address
or zip code is incorrect. If they are unable to correct the address, they
will return the undelivered gift to our offices. They do not ship to Post
Office boxes. Shipping prices vary depending on the weight and box size
of the shipment. Shipping options and prices are given when you make your
purchase. Each gift is insured at no additional charge.

An Address Correction or Redelivery charge may apply as a result of an error in the shipping information which you provided.
If the carrier applies Address Correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous shipping information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.
Things to keep in mind:
If you are sending a gift to a business address please make sure the business is open on the day specified. Please note that our normal delivery hours are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. If the business we are delivering to has hours other than 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. you are responsible for letting us know. Our normal delivery days are Monday through Friday. For weekend or Holiday orders please call to arrange the special delivery.

Cookie bouquets can be shipped the following business day from date ordered. .
- Three Cookie Bouquet shipping price - (3 day = $9) (2 day = $14) (overnight = $25)
- Five Cookie Bouquet shipping price - (3 day = $11) (2 day = $16) (overnight = $27)
- Seven Cookie Bouquet shipping price - (3 day = $12) (2 day = $17) (overnight = $28)
- Nine Cookie Bouquet shipping price - (3 day = $16) (2 day = $21) (overnight = $32)
- Twelve Cookie Bouquet shipping price - (3 day = $21) (2 day = $26) (overnight = $37)
From the date of shipping, please allow approximately (for ground shipments):

would like to remind you that Federal Express and UPS might experience
