We guarantee that your gift will arrive on time and in perfect condition. If you or the recipients are not 100% satisfied, return it and we will send you a replacement, a gift certificate with no expiration date or a full refund.

Substitutions
Our inventory changes depending on the season, product availability, and the discovery of unique new items. In the event that we need to make a substitution we always choose items of equal or greater value.

Delivery & Shipping Charges
Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the gift. Shipping options and prices will be given when you check out. Please check your delivery information carefully before you submit your order. There will be a redelivery fee if an incorrect address is given.

Lead-Time
Must orders are shipped the same day or the following business day depending on the time the order was received. Large orders may require some lead-time. Lead-time varies during our busy Holiday season. Please place your Holiday orders early.

We do not ship chocolate in the summer, other delicious confections will be substituted.
